D8B SYSTEM provides full connection for all analogue inputs and outputs available on the D8B console frame, plus some basic user connections for added flexibility and connectivity.

Up to (98) inputs and outputs can be driven through D8B SYSTEM PB 1 & PB 2. Also provided are (62) additional, Pre-Normalized user inputs and outputs, which allow for standard connections without the need for a single patch cord. (32) additional external tie lines provide connection to different types of sources through (4) optional custom designed panels.

(1) Optional custom panel for connecting the "user microphone lines" is available:

(12) Lines Microphone Panel provides (12) microphone inputs (XLR Female) and (2) phones outputs (XLR Male).

(3) Optional custom panels for connecting the "external tie lines" are available:

Microphone Panel provides (16) microphone inputs (XLR Female).
Tie Lines Panel 1 provides (8) line inputs (XLR Female) and (8) line outputs (XLR Male).
Tie Lines Panel 2 provides (8) line inputs and (8) line outputs (TRS Female).

A custom designed Break-Out Panel (for rear-rack mount) with ELCO/EDAC connectors allows to easily hook up the external units to the D8B SYSTEM.

Cable kits are provided in three sizes: 15' (4.5m), 30' (9m) and 45' (13.5m) long. All snakes and connectors are clearly labeled for easy installation.
System includes all cables to hook up the console and the user connections plus: (1) snake terminated with (12) Neutrik XLR Female connectors or (1) ELCO/EDAC connector to interface to an optional (12) Lines Microphone Panel (user microphone lines 01-12/PB1), (1) snake terminated with (12) Neutrik XLR Female connectors (external sources outputs 01-12/PB1), (1) snake terminated with (12) Neutrik XLR Female connectors (external sources outputs 13-24/PB1), (1) snake terminated with (8) Neutrik XLR Male and (8) Neutrik XLR Female connectors or (1) ELCO/EDAC connector to interface to an optional Microphone Panel, Tie Lines Panel 1 or Tie Lines Panel 2 (external tie lines 01-08/PB2) and (1) snake terminated with (8) Neutrik XLR Male and (8) Neutrik XLR Female connectors or (1) ELCO/EDAC connector to interface to an optional Microphone Panel, Tie Lines Panel 1 or Tie Lines Panel 2 (external tie lines 09-16/PB2), allowing for a total of (94) user analogue and digital inputs & outputs.
